Smart FOX lays the groundwork for making citizen-based data donations of ELGA-standardised information usable in clinical research. Through the active participation of citizens, who will in future be able to make their health data available for research purposes, the project paves the way for more efficient clinical research, improved healthcare and optimised system management within the healthcare sector. Nineteen partners from all areas of healthcare, research and industry form the backbone of this interdisciplinary endeavour.
